摘要

Abstract

A waterborne polyurethane hyperfine fiber synthetic leather upper material/ rubber sole/water-based glue bonding process was formulated.The technical parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiment and the optimum operation conditions were determined.Compared with common synthetic leather upper material/rubber sole/solvent-based glue bonding process,this bonding process used more safe and environment-friendly materials and had lower requirements to production lines.The upper sole adhesion of products is standard-compliant.The technology and its optimum method can provide the experiences to shoe-making factories.
