Abstract
The dyeability of polyester fiber can be improved by chemical modification. Based on accurate chemical structure design, the novel polyester dyeable with disperse dye the under ordinary pressure (NEDDP) and the novel polyester dyeable with cationic dye the under ordinary pressure (NECDP) were synthesized. Compared with conventional PET, the glass-transition temperature and crystallization temperature of the novel polyesters were decreased, but the crystallization peak shape remained sharp. The novel polyester was spun into different fibers and was then woven into fabrics. The boiling dyeing effects at normal pressure showed that the fabric can be dyed at 95~100 ℃ and possessed excellent colorfastness, which achieved the expected target. The dye-uptake of the fabric was also enhanced, especially dye-uptake of the NECDP fabric reached up to 97%~98%, which can distinctly reduce the burden of water treatment. The normal pressure rapid dyeing will be of great importance to save energy, reduce consumption, dump the batch process of overflow dyeing, and improve labor productivity. Additionally, the fabric flexibility was improved.关键词
