An Empirical Analysis on Interaction between SMEs and Technology Innovation Service System in Shenyang
摘要
Abstract
The development of technology innovation and service system of small and medium enterprises (SMEs)of Shenyang in 2002-2013 is analyzed,and the interaction between them is discussed.The corresponding measures and suggestions are proposed,including changing government functions,increasing government support;improving the financial support system,and enhancing the power of innovation and development;exploring a variety of industries,researching cooperation mode,improving the level of cooperation;improving the service quality of intermediary organizations which can play a connecting role.关键词
