Abstract
The characteristics of applied talents training in local colleges are analyzed,as well as the need to build creative and practical ability of university students training system relying on scientific research platform.Relying on resources of scientific research platform of scientific research proj ects, the teachers who do scientific researches and the key research laboratories,the development of students’innovative practice abilities in engineering,scientific research and application is the effective way to train high-quality applied talents during the transformation and development of local colleges.关键词
