Game and Fusion between Administrative Authority and Academic Authority within Chinese Colleges and Universities：Based on Perspective of University’s Essence
摘要
Abstract
It considers that the essence of a university is based on the free and academic contact organization.On this basis,the root and status of the game between internal administrative authority and academic authority within Chinese colleges and universities are analyzed.It also presents that people have to directly realize the relationship between each other above, refine the scope of application,and to establish the balance system.As a result,the internal administrative and academic authority amalgamation could possibly achieve.关键词
