Abstract
From the perpetrator’s point of view,perpetrator’s misconceptions of consent of victim are discussed from the aspects of the victim consents,the perpetrator is mistaken the victim does not agree;the victim does not agree,the perpetrator is mistaken the victim agree;the perpetrator misleads the content of the victim’s consent;and the perpetrator misleads the authenticity of victim's consent.关键词
