新中国成立以来我国应对岛礁争端的国际传播
Chinese International Communication of Island Dispute since the Establishment of People’s Republic of China
摘要
Abstract
The expression of the disputed territory sovereignty in the international community by the interna-tional stage and the mass media standpoint, is an important means of safeguarding the sovereignty security. Since the establishment of People’s Republic of China, Chinese Government has always insisted the country stations, accurately grasped the dissemination of the contents of the disputed islands,settled up a pattern of government, diplomacy, the media, civil society, grasped opponent’s weakness, the legal battle as focus;Insist on the active voice, and enhance the disputed islands of external communication initiative,made full use of external power, an excuse to talk, to enhance the ability of the international communication of the disputed islands,coordinated the internal and external situation, paying attention to grasp the external com-munication and other measures in overall planning, and carried out fruitful international spread around the disputed islands. In future, China should continue to strengthen the integration of institution and financial security, enhance external information delivery and to set the agenda, to build a full range of sovereignty o-ver the island of strategic communication system, strengthen the propagation of the other countries and In-ternational Organizations, the spread of good co-ordination of legal basis, the image of the state, the public will and activism, paying attention to the integration of traditional media and new media.关键词
