四齿四棱草的抗炎镇痛作用及免疫调节活性研究
Anti-inflammatory, Analgesic and Immunomodulatory Effects of Schnabelia tetradonta

Abstract
To study anti-inflammatory,analgesic and immunomodulatory effects of Schnabelia tetradonta.The analgesic effect was assessed by hot-plate test.The anti-inflammatory effect were observed by ear edema,peritonitis,air-pouch tests.The effects on the total protein (TP),superoxide dismutase (SOD),nitric oxide (NO),the content of malondialdehyde (MDA),and prostaglandin (PGE2) level in blood serum were determined,and the immune organ index of ear edema and air-pouch of mice were investigated.The results showed that S.tetradonta produced significantly inhibitory effects on permeability and reduced the total protein content,decreased the levels of NO,PGE2 and MDA,increased the activities of SOD.Middle-dose and low-dose of S.tetradonta can enhance the pain threshold of mice,inhibit the ear edema,significantly increased the spleen index (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).Hence,S.tetradonta had analgesic,anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects.关键词
