絮凝剂在银杏叶提取液中除杂工艺研究
Study on Impurity Removal Technology in Extraction Solution of Folium ginkgo by Flocculant

Abstract
In this study,the content of flavonol glycosides was used as an evaluation index to screen the six kinds of clarifying agent,including diatomite,gelatin,chitosan,1 01 juice clarifying agent,ZTC1 + 1 natural clarifier and activated carbon,single factor and orthogonal test were applied to optimize the clarifying condition of Ginkgo biloba extract.The results showed the optimal clarification condition of G.biloba extract were:gelatin as the clarifying agent,3 mL per 10 g crude drugs with 1% gelatin solution,6∶1 (mL/g) as extraction concentration,5.5 as extraction pH,40 ℃ as extraction temperature.Gelatin can be used as a clarifying agent of G.biloba extract and it is stable and feasible.关键词
