国内外法医毒物学研究进展及发展趋势
Perspective towards Research and Development in Forensic Toxicology
摘要
Abstract
In recent years, the researches in forensic toxicology have globally become to focus on the aspects of early-warning against poisons and drugs, screening of unknown toxicants, studies on metabonomics, development of on-site rapid detection and relevant equipment for the need of law enforcement and actual demands to keep up with the continuous advancement and technical progress of analytical chemistry and related academics. A series of technical lifting-ups and practical applications have been made with effectiveness achieved. This article reviewed the domestic and abroad researches and development in the respects of structure characterization and resolution concerning with related chemicals, early-warning on poisoning, metabolism and metabonomics, postmortem dynamics about distribution, and in-situ detection, with purpose of providing helpful suggestions for further study in forensic toxicology.关键词
