摘要

Abstract

Before implementation of post weld heat treatment for 10000 m3 spherical tank,tank wall tem-perature field,stress field and displacement deformation were predicted by numerical simulation technolo-gy,and strength and stiffness of spherical tank after heat treatment were evaluated by using finite element analysis method.After virtual post weld heat treatment process validation test,post weld heat treatment for 10000 m3 spherical tanks was successfully implemented.Test indexes of spherical tank were fully accepta-ble,and this spherical tank had serviced safely for three years.Under the guidance of the concept of process validation of post weld heat treatment which was firstly proposed at home and abroad,first post weld heat treatment for 10000 m3 spherical tank was successfully implemented.This indicates that post weld heat treatment for spherical tank in our country had already been in reasonable stage from sensitive stage,and it is very important to ensure the safety of pressure equipment.
