大型制氢转化炉入口集合管应力集中降低方法研究
Study on Reduction Method of Stress Concentration in Inlet Manifold of Large Scale Hydrogen Reformer Furnace

Abstract
The inlet manifold of large scale hydrogen reformer furnace is studied as the research object, and the reason of the crack is analyzed by the analysis of the deformation and the force.Through measure-ment of inlet manifold and branch pipes in the vertical direction displacement under working state,it is found that the largest vertical displacement difference reaches 40 mm,and horizontal branch pipe dis-placement difference to 25 mm,the three-way under the state of bending and torsion.The stress concentra-tion phenomenon is the significant cause of the crack.The finite element method is used to reduce the stress concentration at the crack location and the maximum equivalent stress can be reduced by more than 40%by adding the suspension device of the inlet manifold and the three-way protection.The stress state of the inlet manifold can be improved effectively,and the safety can be improved after the transformation.关键词
