发罩锁尺寸链计算及安全钩改进设计
Calculation for Dimension Chain of Hood Lock and Improvement Design of Safety Hook
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the assembly accuracy of engine hood lock, the stress and strain distribution of safety hook, the three-dimensional model of engine hood lock is built based on solidworks software. The swaying of safety hook is calculated by the planar dimension chain. According to the calculation results, the dimensions and toler-ances of the parts are adjusted, which not only meets the requirements of the swaying but also reasonably allocates part tolerance and reduces production costs. Moreover, the stress and strain of safety hook in different conditions are analyzed by finite element method. Finally, the improvements of handle position are designed, which is benefi-cial to reduce material, improve strength and lower weight.关键词
