Effects of bilateral movement training on upper limb function in acute stroke patients
目的：：观察双侧训练对于急性期脑卒中患者的康复治疗效果。方法：36例急性期脑卒中患者分成对照组和观察组各18例,均给予常规康复训练,对照组增加单侧肢体及手运动功能训练,观察组增加双侧肢体及手运动功能训练。2组患者在治疗前后采用改良 Ashworth 评分-肩、肘、腕、手(MAS-S,MAS-E,MAS-W,MAS-H)、Fugl-Meyer 评定量表肩/肘/前臂、腕手(FM-SEF,FM-WH)及改良 Bathel 指数(MBI)进行评分。结果：…查看全部>>
