On Pushing Comprehensive Reform of Agricultural and Forestry Universities under Legal Rationalism and Patterns:An Example of Hunan Agricultural University
摘要
Abstract
Based on the practice and experience of the comprehensive reform of Hunan Agricultural Universi⁃ty, the present paper suggests that the comprehensive reform in progress in agricultural and forestry universities should be conducted under the guidance of university code and legal thinking and patterns, and the top-level de⁃sign of the comprehensive reform should be made properly to create a favorable environment for the reform and a solid foundation should be laid and the reform competence construction should be enhanced.关键词
