Cooperative Education between Universities and Research Institutes:Taking the Cooperative Postgraduate Program of Nanjing Agricultural University and Chinese Academy of Fishery Science as an Example

Abstract
Taking the cooperative postgraduate program of Nanjing Agricultural University and Chinese Acad⁃emy of Fishery Science as an example, the achievement of the program was analyzed in the aspects of talent training, the promotion of scientific research strength and social impact, the innovation ofcooperation mode, the improvement of internationalization and so on.The experience and enlightenment drawn from this successful pro⁃gram were summarized from the perspectives of innovation, resources advantages, and personal moral and ethical education. The research result can provide reference for the establishment of high level innovation talents cultiva⁃tion.关键词
