摘要

Abstract

According to the Ministry of Education Document“Evaluation Scheme of Excellent Undergraduate Program for Common Colleges and Universities”, focusing on the key links influencing the undergraduate teach⁃ing quality, and with due analysis on the principles of evaluation standard and evaluation system construction covered in the MOE document, this study conducted a questionnaire survey and attempted to set up an evaluation criterion and appraisal system consisting of 4 dimensions-teaching content, teaching method, teaching attitude, and teaching quality. The initial 4 dimensions and 18 appraisal items derived from elaborating on the the MOE e⁃valuation system were set up aiming at the teaching quality of faculty, and then the questionnaires concerning the initial proposal was analyzed and our proposals were verified on their validity and reliability, and the final con⁃clusion of 4 dimensions and 15 appraisal items was reached.
