目的 研究红细胞输注无效患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)水平变化.方法 采用流式细胞仪分别检测30例红细胞输注无效患者和30例红细胞输注有效患者输血前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+、CD4+ CD25+ Treg)的水平.结果 红细胞输注无效组输血后的CD3+T细胞百分比、CD4 +T细胞百分比以及CD4 +/CD8+比值较输血前升高(P＜0.05),而CD8+T细胞百分比无改变(P…查看全部>>
