摘要
Abstract
HTBTS (Hong Kong Red Cross Blood Transfusion Service),which is affiliated to the Hospital Authority,provides blood to thirty nine public and private hospitals in Hong Kong.HTBTS has advanced management concepts,rigorous and pragmatic style in many aspects,including process management,clinical blood supply and distribution,blood component preparation and quality control,blood collection management,donor recruitment strategies,blood collection modes,and operation and maintenance of blood members.The hospital blood banks in Hong Kong have implemented electronic crossmatch and have accumulated relevant experiences.As a hospital personnel training coordinator,I studied and exchanged at HTBTS and Queen Elizabeth hospitals in September 2013.The information will be described below.关键词
