子宫内膜腺癌组织中Vasohibin-1与MVD的表达及其相关关系的研究
Research of Expression and Its Correlation of Vasohibin-1 and MVD in Endometrial Adenocarcinoma Tissue

Abstract
Objective:To probe the expression of endometrial adenocarcinoma and the relationship between them in angiogenesis inhibitor protein-1(Vasohibin-1) and microvessel density(vessel density micro, MVD).Method:The expression situation of Vasohibin-1 in 23 cases of normal endometrium,28 cases of atypical endometrial hyperplasia and 69 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma were detected by SP method.CD34 antibody was used to label the vascular endothelial cells in the tissue,and MVD value was determined.Then, the correlation between endometrial adenocarcinoma between two objects were analyzed.Result:The positive expression rate of Vasohibin-1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in endometrial atypical hyperplasia tissue and normal proliferative phase of endometrial tissue(P<0.05).The value of MVD in endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in the endometrial atypical hyperplasia and normal proliferative phase endometrium(P<0.01).There was no statistical significance in the expression of Vaoshibin-1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma and the surgical pathologic stage,muscle invasion,lymph node metastasis,age (P>0.05).There was positively correlated in the expression of Vasohibin-1 and the MVD values in the endometrial adenocarcinoma tissue(r=0.337,P<0.05).Conclusion:There is high expression of MVD and Vasohibin-1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma,and they may be played a synergistic role in the occurrence and development of endometrial adenocarcinoma.关键词
