腹腔镜联合GnRH-α药物治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效观察OA
Curative Effect of Laparoscopic Combined GnRH-α in the Treatment of Endometriosis
目的：探究与分析腹腔镜联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂（GnRH-α）药物治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法：选取2013年11月-2014年1月本院收治的子宫内膜异位症不孕患者120例作为研究对象，采取随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组，每组60例。两组患者均行腹腔镜手术，试验组于术后3 d肌肉注射GnRH-α，对照组不作任何药物辅助治疗，观察并比较两组治疗前后生殖激素水平、治疗效果和受孕情况。结果：试验组治疗后卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）…查看全部>>
