腹腔镜联合GnRH-α药物治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效观察
Curative Effect of Laparoscopic Combined GnRH-α in the Treatment of Endometriosis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-α in the treatment of endometriosis.Method:From November 2013 to January 2014,120 cases of endometriosis infertility patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,each group had 60 cases.Two groups were performed laparoscopic surgery,the experimental group treated with intramuscular injection of GnRH-α postoperative 3 d and the control group did not make any drug adjuvant therapy,the reproductive hormone levels,treatment effect and pregnancy before and after treatment of two groups were observed and analyzed.Result:After treatment,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH) and estradiol (E2) of the experiment group were significantly lower than those of before treatment,the experimental group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,the pregnancy rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group after 1 and 2 years,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For endometriosis patients,the treatment combining with laparoscopic surgery and GnRH-α can significantly improve FSH,LH,and E2 levels, enable to increase the conception rate and reduce the complications,it improve the quality of life of patients to a certain extent and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
