Expression and Significance of Leptin and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Endometrial Lesions

Abstract
Objective:To study the difference of the positive expression rates of leptin(LP) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in different endometrial diseases,analyze the correlation in the positive expression rate and explore the significance in different endometrial lesions of two groups.Method:From January 2006 to January 2015,78 cases of endometrial lesions in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the endometrial cancer group of 48 cases and the endometrial atypical hyperplasia group of 30 cases according to the pathological results,another 24 cases of normal proliferative phase of the uterus with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (grade Ⅱ to Ⅲ) were selected as the control group.Expression of the two group in endometrial tissue was determined according to the staining degree and area of LP and VEGF,and analyzed the correlation of this two index in endometrial cancer group.Result:LP and VEGF expressed in the endometrial tissues of each group,strong positive expression and the highest positive rate was the most(P<0.05).LP expression was positively correlated with VEGF(r=0.40,P<0.05),there was no difference in the expression of LP in different pathological grades of endometrial cancer group and the expression of VEGF was enhanced with the increase of pathological grade.Conclusion:The occurrence and development of endometrial cancer are the result of multiple genes and many external factors.VEGF,LP are closely related with the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer,it expect to become a new target for tumor targeted therapy,so as to provide an important reference for the prevention and treatment of endometrial cancer.关键词
