Expression and Significance of Leptin and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Endometrial Lesions
目的：研究不同子宫内膜疾病中瘦素（LP）与血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）阳性表达率间的差异，分析两者阳性表达率的相关性并探讨两者在不同子宫内膜病变中的意义。方法：选取2006年1月-2015年1月本院收治的78例子宫内膜病变患者作为研究对象，根据病理结果将其分为子宫内膜癌组48例和子宫内膜非典型增生组30例，另择同期因宫颈上皮内瘤变（Ⅱ~Ⅲ级）切除子宫的正常增殖期子宫内膜组织24例为对照组。根据LP、VEGF的染色程度和面积确定两者在子宫内膜组织中…查看全部>>
