摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the impact of patients life quality by neoadjuvant chemotherapy for colorectal cancer radical surgery.Method:From January 2010 to January 2013,100 cases of rectal cancer in our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, each group had 50 cases. Two groups were given colorectal cancer radical treatment, the control group were given postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for six sessions, the observation group were given FOLFOX4 neoadjuvant chemotherapy for three sessions+postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for three sessions. The clinical curative effect, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications, postoperative survival rate and life quality score of two groups were compared. Result:The tumor R0 resection and remission rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant in the operation time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications rate of two groups(P>0.05).The observation group followed-up rate was 100%(50/50),the control group followed-up rate was 96.00%(48/50), the postoperative 1,3 years survival rate of observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The life quality score in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neoadjuvant chemotherapy help improving the clinical curative effect, survival rate and life quality in patients with colorectal cancer radical surgery,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
