Abstract
Objective:To research the clinical significance of BNP detection for cirrhosis patients. Method:From July 2014 to October 2015,57 cases of cirrhosis patients in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 60 cases of other diseases patients in our hospital were selected as the control group.BNP levels in two groups were respectively detected,and detection results in two groups were compared and analyzed. Result:Compared with the control group,BNP level in the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,patients with different genders and ages of BNP level compared,the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the patients of Child-PushA and B,Child-Push C patient’s BNP level was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).BNP level was positive with Child-Push class,but BNP level was positive with blood urea nitrogen,creatinine and cystatin C,and unrelated with fibrinogen and prothrombin time.At the same time,BNP level and survival was inversely proportional.Conclusion:BNP level can fully reflect the disease of cirrhosis patients,and is affected by the indicators of renal dysfunction,anemia and gastrointestinal bleeding.关键词
