摘要
Abstract
Objective:To construct the evaluation index for the identification of the risk of nurses and explore the key indicators.Method:The literature analysis,expert interview and Delphi expert consultation were used and inquired 28 nurse specialists from Beijing,Tianjin,Chongqing,Shenzhen,Guangzhou and Shanxi. Result:Based on literature analysis, expert interview and Delphyi finally established 3 first level indicators and two 21 level indicators.Conclusion:Based on the nursing risk management,the risk early-warning theory and cognitive information processing theory to establish the index system of ability for nurses to identify the risk of patients,not only provide scientific evidence on nurses’ self-rating,but also provide a reference for hospital managers that can promote the ability of nurses to identify the risk of patients.关键词
