Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of simple three-step analgesic therapy in patients with orthopedic perioperative.Method:From January 2014 to December 2015,62 cases of receiving orthopedic surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into 30 cases of the control group and 32 cases of the observation group according to the number of parity,the control group was treated with routine analgesic therapy and the observation group was treated with simple three-step analgesic therapy.NRS score before and after analgesia,the quality of life in the perioperative period and adverse reactions of two groups were observed. Result:There were no statistically significant in NRS score before analgesia of two groups(P>0.05),NRS score after analgesia was lower than that of before analgesia,and the observation group was lower than that of the control gorup,the differences were statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions of two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Orthopedic perioperative patients with simple three-step analgesic therapy compared with conventional analgesia method can significantly improve patients pain,raise the quality of life,adverse reaction is small,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
