Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of nursing intervention on elderly patients with common bile duct and gallbladder stone in perioperative period.Method:From December 2014 to December 2015,66 cases of common bile duct and gallbladder stone in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each group had 33 cases.The control group was given clinical routine nursing and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on the control group. Two groups of hospital stay,hospital costs,anal exhaust time,time to get out of bed,postoperative complications,quality of life scores before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared. Result:The hospital stay,hospital costs,anal exhaust time,time to get out of bed of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,quality of life scores after nursing were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were 9.1%,93.9%,which was better than 27.3% and 66.7% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly patients with gallbladder and common bile duct stones implementation perioperative nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorter hospital stays,reduce hospital costs,improve nursing satisfaction,promote the recovery of the diseasepromote disease recovery,it has a higher value.关键词
