Abstract
Objective:To analyze and discuss the application effect of MEWS score method in ICU nursing. Method:From August 2013 to August 2015,100 patients with emergency in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 50 cases.The observation group was given MEWS score method and the control group was given ICU routine nursing. In the treatment process of life support,ICU stay in hospital mortality,hospitalization time and complications of two groups were compared.Result:The oropharyngeal tube,take care of defibrillation instrument,implementation of ECG nursing,trachea cannula and intravenous medication were all better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ICU stay in hospital mortality,hospitalization time and complications of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with emergency care in the process of implementing MEWS scoring method,can strengthen the life support in the process of treatment,reduce the ICU hospital mortality rate,shorten hospitalization time and reduce the complications,to ensure that patients receive appropriate treatment,care and rational use of medical resources are of great significance.关键词
