心理护理联合饮食指导用于恶性肿瘤化疗患者护理中的临床效果

Abstract
Objective:To analyse the clinical effect of psychological nursing combined with diet guidance for patients with malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy.Method:From June 2015 to June 2016,74 cases of patients with malignant tumor by chemotherapy treatment in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups, patients in the control group received routine nursing care,patients in the research group strengthens psychological nursing combined with dietary guidance,compared two groups of nursing effect.Result:After nursing,the research group’s nutrition normal rate was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The research group of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ increased levels of degree were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The research group of SAS and SDS level decreased obviously superior to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The research group quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of psychological nursing combined with diet guidance is exact in the nursing of patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy.关键词
