Abstract
Objective:To study perioperative respiratory tract nursing method of senile patients with lung cancer,sum up nursing experience.Method:From January 2013 to December 2014 in Gaozhou People’s Hospital of thoracic surgery 30 patients with lung cancer over 65 years old,they were divided into two groups,15 cases in each group.The observation group was given perioperative psychological nursing, preoperative respiratory function training and guidance,the management of postoperative respiratory care, pain in patients with respiratory tract nursing intervention.The control group was given routine postoperative respiratory care.The indicators of two groups were compared.Result:Duration of drainage and hospital stays of two groups,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative pain score of 1,3,7 days of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Lung infection and atelectasis of two groups,there were no statistical differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:Senile patients with lung cancer,active preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing intervention can effectively reduce tube time,pain and the risk of postoperative lung infection,it is helpful for early rehabilitation.关键词
