Abstract
Objective:To discusses the role of Six Sigma management to prevent pulmonary infection in patients and the patients and personnel department of nursing service quality evaluation.Method:From January 2014 to January 2015,40 cases of senile inpatients in our hospital neurosurgery department were selected as the traditional group,implemented traditional management mode.From February 2015 to February 2016,40 cases of senile inpatients were selected as the improve group,implemented Six Sigma management methods,28 cases of neurosurgery medical personnel in our hospital were selected,the patients’ clinical nursing quality evaluation and the department of management model for staff satisfaction,lung infection were compared.Result:In terms of quality of nursing service,the improvement group of patients operation implementation,provided by the clinical nursing staff sterile consciousness,communication and nursing service attitude of nurses and patients and so on various index score,were significantly higher than those of the traditional group,the differences between two groups were statistically significant (P<0.01).The satisfaction degree of traditional management mode of nursing department staff was 71.43% (20/28),significantly lower than the implementation of Six Sigma nursing management mode, the differences were statistically significant(χ2=14.765,P<0.01).9 cases of patients with pulmonary infection in the traditional group,infection rate was 22.5%,and the improve group appeared only 1 case,pulmonary infection rate was 2.5%,the difference between two groups was statistically significant(χ2=29.418,P<0.01). Conclusion:Elderly patients treated for neurosurgery,summarized lead to pulmonary infection related factors and formulate the relevant improvement measures,can improve the score of clinical nursing service quality and performance of staff satisfaction,the Six Sigma management model can also reduce the patients with lung infection.关键词
