Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of hierarchical target training on different technical titles of nursing staff of psychological capital,in order to improve the professional quality and nursing human resource management for providing theoretical reference.Method:Using stratified cluster sampling method,100 cases with different technical titles of nursing staff of psychological capital were selected as the test objects,odd number 50 cases as the research group,even number 50 cases as the control group.Based on the same training content,two groups were given a psychological capital questionnaire of nursing staff for group evaluation.Then,the research group was given teach,audio-visual technology,discussion and case discussion,role-playing,interactive panel,network training and self-study method and hierarchical level with the way of training target for training, the control group was adopted to self-study,free pair mutual learning training mode of training.After nursing personnel training one year later,two groups were tested with the questionnaire and analyzed according to the statistical processing.Result:Team adopt multi-means and layered with the way of training goal after training, different technical titles caregivers psychological capital assessment of the research group,each dimension score compared with before the training were greatly improved,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001). After different method training,nurses psychological capital assessment team different titles,the dimension scores of the research group were higher than of thoses of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:Different technical titles nursing staff given hierarchical target training with aimed and can inmprove psychological capital,organizational efficiency and organizational goals.关键词
