呼吸道合胞病毒感染的毛细支气管炎患儿维生素D水平的研究
Study on Vitamin D Levels in Children with Bronchiolitis Injected by Respiratory Virus

Abstract
Objective:To understand the 25-(OH)D3 levels in children with bronchiolitis injected by respiratory virus.Method:From June 2013 to April 2015,80 cases of children bronchiolitis which were diagnosed as RSV infection in our hospital were selected as the case group,they were divided into 30 cases of severe group and 50 cases of mild group according to the severity of the disease,another 80 cases of healthy children in the same age as the control group,the level of 25-(OH)D3 were compared.Result:25-(OH)D3 levels of the case group was significantly lower than that of the control group,25-(OH)D3 levels of severe group was lower than that of mild group and the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).25-(OH)D3 levels of mild group was lower than the control group,but there was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum 25-(OH)D3 in severe children were significantly lower.关键词
