吡喹酮治疗血吸虫病肝纤维化的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Praziquantel in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis of schistosomiasis.Method:From March 2015 to January 2016,120 patients with hepatic fibrosis of schistosomiasis in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases). Changes of liver B ultrasonic,serum hyaluronic acid(HA),procollagen typeⅢ(PC-Ⅲ),laminin(LN), collagen typeⅣ(CL-Ⅳ),matrix metalloproteinases(MMPS),tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases(TIMPS)and TGF-β1 of two groups were observed.Result:After treatment,HA,CL-Ⅳ,PC-Ⅲ,LN,TIMP1 and TIMP2 and TGF-β1 of the treatment group significantly decreased,MMP2 and MMP9 rose,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The liver B integral decline rate of the treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Praziquantel in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis of schistosomiasis is satisfactory.关键词
