The Clinical Efficacy Load of Aspirin and Clopidogrel Combined Urokinase at Treatment for ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction

Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of load of Aspirin and Clopidogrel combined Urokinase at treatment for ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.Method:120 patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction disease were selected from January 2013 to December 2015,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given Aspirin 100 mg/d,Clopidogrel 75 mg/d combined with Urokinase treatment while observation group was given Aspirin 300 mg/d and Clopidogrel 300 mg/d combined with Urokinase for the first day,then Aspirin 100 mg/d and Clopidogrel 75 mg/d treatment.Coronary recanalization rate,clinical efficacy of thrombolysis(chest pain relief time,dropped ST segment,the enzymepeak appearing time, and reperfusion arrhythmia),hs-CRP level,C3 level and the rate of cardiovascular adverse events of two groups were compared.Result:The thrombolysis rate of control group and observation group were respectively 61.67%(37/60) and 81.67%(49/60),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group the enzyme peak appearing time, reperfusion arrhythmia,hs-CRP levels,C3 levels and the rate of cardiovascular adverse events were significantly better than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the chest pain relief time,dropped ST segment,and bleeding of two groups, the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is remarkable effect in the treatment of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction using load of aspirin and clopidogrel combined urokinase,it has clinical value.关键词
