腓骨钩状钢板在老年外踝骨折中的应用
Application on Fibula Hook Plate in the Elderly Lateral Malleolus Fractures
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical application of fibula hook plate in elderly patients with lateral malleolus fracture.Method:From May 2011 to June 2013,100 cases of elderly lateral malleolus fractures in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the locking plate group and hook plate group according to the order of admission,each group had 50 cases.The operation conditions,treatment effect,ankle joint function and complications of two groups were observed.Result:The operation time,bleeding volume and healing time in hook plate group were better than the locking plate group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent treatment rate of hook plate group was 94.00%,higher than 82.00% of the locking plate group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the function of the ankle joint of two groups before operation(P>0.05),the stability and motion range of ankle joint in hook plate group were better than locking plate group after surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the hook plate group was 6.00%,lower than 16.00%of the locking plate group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hook plate has an obvious effect in elderly patients with lateral malleolus fracture,it can improve the clinical effect,shorten the healing time,improve the stability and motion range of ankle joint and reduce complication rate,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
