摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the safety and clinical effect in three-dimensional electrical dissection standard measurement system under the guidance of radiofrequency ablation for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.Method:72 patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia were selected in our hospital,under the prospective study they were randomly divided into group A and B,36 cases in each group.Group A was guided by the Carto3 system to downstream flap ring three-dimensional reconstruction and guided by the three-dimensional model of radiofrequency ablation surgery,group B was given X-ray radio frequency ablation surgery.The success rate,complication rate,total operation time,postoperative X-ray fluoroscopy time and recurrence rate in postoperative 6 monthes of two groups were compared.Result:The total operation time of group A was slightly longer than group B,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).But the X-ray fluoroscopy time in group A was shorter than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no complications and recurrence in group A,group B recurrence of 2 cases.Conclusion:Carto3 guidance on paroxysmal ventricular rate of radiofrequency ablation curative effect is satisfied,it can reduce the X-ray fluoroscopy time,complication rate and recurrence rate.
