量化评估护理模式对手外科手术部位感染控制的效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of quantitative evaluation nursing model on the application of surgical site infection (SSI).Method:268 cases with hand surgical in our hospital from May 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,134 cases in each group,both groups received routine care,experimental group was given quantitative assessment based on the control group,the hospitalization days,patients satisfaction,the incidence of total complications,patients complaints rate,nursing non-standard rate, total cost and SSI rate of two groups were compared.Result:The patients complaints rate, nursing non-standard rate,incidence of total complications,patients satisfaction,hospital days,total cost and the rate of SSI in experimental group were respectively 3.73%,2.24%,4.47%,96.30%,(8.80±0.80)d, (2398.60±1132.80)yuan and 1.50%;the control group of those were respectively 9.70%,15.67%,13.43%, 85.07%,(13.00±3.40)d,(4123.60±896.60)yuan and 5.97%,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Quantitative evaluation of nursing care model for the prevention of hand surgery SSI effects significantly,it can shorten the length of hospital days, reduce the incidence of total complications and total costs, improve patients satisfaction, it is worth to clinical promotion.关键词
