Abstract
Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical nursing methods of abnormal central venous pressure(CVP) measurement by PICC.Method:From January to August in 2016,6 patients with abnormal CVP measurement by PICC in our hospital were selected as the research objects,all patients clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Result:2 cases CVP below 5 cm H2O and as low as(2.21±1.15) cm H2O, after a large number of PICC fluid infusion(24 h fluid infusion more than 4500 mL),the CVP rose(6.08±1.25) cm H2O.4 cases CVP more than 12 cm H2O and reached(16.13±1.75) cm H2O,CVP decreased to(13.62±1.28) cm H2O after giving diuretics and strong heart drugs 12-48 h,after the expansion of blood vessels,CVP down to(12.51±1.65) cm H2O after 30 min.Conclusion:PICC measurement of CVP can fully understand the heart function of patients,under this premise to give targeted care,not only can reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction,but also ensure patient’s condition is more stable, worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
