凶险性前置胎盘的高危因素及母儿妊娠结局分析
Analysis on High Risk Factors for Placenta Pernicious Previa and Maternal-fetal Pregnancy Outcome

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the high risk factors for flacenta pernicious previa and maternal-fetal pregnancy outcome and provide directions for clinical treatment.Method:From January 2011 to December 2015, 372 cases of pregnant women with pernicious placenta previa were selected as the research group and 200 cases of pregnant women with history of cesarean section while without placenta previa were selected as the control group. The basic data and maternal-fetal pregnancy outcomes of two groups were compared.Result:In the single factor analysis,age≥35 years old,pregnant times≥ 4 times,production time≥3 times,abortion time≥2 times and previous cesarean section production times≥2 times in the research group were all higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis indicated that age, times of cesarean section,times of abortions and times of delivery were all high risk factors of placenta previa (P<0.05).The amount of bleeding and 24 h postpartum hemorrhage,hysterectomy rate,maternal ICU rate, preterm birth rate and neonatal transfer NICU rate in the research group were all higher than those of the control group,the birth weight of newborns was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,times of cesarean section,times of abortions and delivery were all high risk factors of pernicious placenta previa which resulted in increasing maternal hemorrhage and uterus resection rate as well as higher birth rate of low weight infants,it is a serious threat for the health and life safety of pregnant women and newborns.关键词
