Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of FiIiform Fire Needle combined with rehabilitation in the spastic hemiplegia after stroke and explore its clinical application.Method:From June 2014 to December 2015, 60 cases of spastic hemiplegia after stroke in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into test group and control group,each group had 30 cases.Two groups were treated with standard general rehabilitation therapy,the test group was given jointly FiIiform Fire Needle treatment,two groups of muscle tension improvement after treatment,physical activity function(Mugl-Meyer)score and ability of daily life (ADL) score were observed.Result:Total effective rate of muscular tension in the test group was 93.33%,higher than 73.33% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( χ²=4.3200,P=0.0377).There were no significant differences in Mugl-Meyer and ADL scores of two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,the Mugl-Meyer and ADL scores were higher than before treatment,and the test group was higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The FiIiform Fire Needle therapy combined with rehabilitation in treatment with spastic hemiplegia after stroke has significant clinical effect,it can significantly relieve spastic state of the patient,improve physical activity function and activities of daily living.关键词
