192例OMOM胶囊内镜临床应用分析

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value and safety of OMOM capsule endoscopy in patients with gastrointestinal diseases.Method:OMOM capsule endoscopy(CE) was performed in 192 patients and the clinical data were analyzed.Result:148 cases were found pathological changes in 192 cases of digestive tract disease,positive rate was 77.1%,2 cases of esophageal lesions,42 cases of gastric and duodenal lesions,92 cases of small intestinal lesions and 12 cases of colorectal lesions.Conclusion:OMOM capsule endoscopy for gastrointestinal disease is a kind of noninvasive examination,has a higher diagnostic rate in small-bowel disease, have advantage of simple operation,high safety and no pain,it can be used as a routine screening of the small-bowel disease and worth clinical promotion.关键词
