Abstract
Objective:To analyze the changes of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3[25-(OH)D3] and immune globulin in children with recurrent respiratory infection.Method:A total of 200 children with recurrent respiratory infection were included as the case group. All patients were divided into the conventional group and the observation group.Patients in the conventional group were given conventional treatment, and patients in the observation group were given vitamin D supplement.25-(OH)D3 and immune globulin were detected before and 3 months after treatment.100 healthy children were included as the health group.25-(OH)D3 and immune globulin were also detected as a reference value.Result:25-(OH)D3,IgG,IgA in the case group were lower than those of the health group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).25-(OH)D3,IgG,IgA in the case group 3 months after treatment were higher than those of before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).25-(OH)D3,IgA in the case group 3 months after treatment were still lower than those of the health group, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).25-(OH)D3,IgG,IgA 3 months after treatment in the conventional treatment group and the observation group were higher than those of before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).25-(OH)D3,IgG,IgA 3 months after treatment in the observation group were higher than those of the conventional treatment group, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Follow-up for 1 year, recurrence cases, hospitalization visits and symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Children with recurrent respiratory tract infection are with lower serum 25-(OH)D3,IgG and IgA.On the basis of positive anti-infection treatment, giving children vitamin D supplement can improve the body’s immune function better.关键词
