慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺康复知识和行为的相关性研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation of pulmonary rehabilitation knowledge and behaviors in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:Convenience Sampling,105 patients with COPD from Guangzhou were investigated with the pulmonary rehabilitation knowledge questionnaire and pulmonary rehabilitation behaviors questionnaire.Result:The mean score of pulmonary rehabilitation knowledge was (15.32±3.86),the mean score of pulmonary rehabilitation behaviors was (43.01±7.01).The total score and factor scores of pulmonary rehabilitation knowledge were positively correlated with the total score and factor scores of pulmonary rehabilitation behaviors(r=0.274-0.883,P<0.05).Conclusion:COPD patients’ pulmonary rehabilitation knowledge is positively correlated with their pulmonary rehabilitation behaviors.Health care providers should make efforts to improve patients' pulmonary rehabilitation knowledge,in order to improve their behaviors and quality of life.关键词
