QSWT综合评分法在护理绩效管理中的应用研究
Research on Nursing Performance Management by QSWT General Score Method
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing performance management by QSWT general score method. Method:A total of 1202 cases of patients were selected as the experiment group and other 1202 cases of patients were selected as the control group,the control group was cared by traditional nursing performance management, conventional record,registration,evaluation,manual statistical workload.The experiment group was cared by QSWT general score method.Result:The monthly average satisfaction of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The life nursing workload of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The monthly average nursing quality score of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nurse daily statistical work time,monthly statistics work time of the experiment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It can mobilized the nurse work enthusiasm by QSWT general score method,and increase the nurse care quality,patient satisfaction,reduce the workload statistics of time,it is worth of popularizing in nursing management.关键词
