摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Mind Map in the first application of permanent pacemaker implantation in patients health education.Method:According to admission time,the patients were divided into the control group(n=41) and the observation group(n=45).The control group was given traditional method of oral education for the first time from permanent pacemaker implantation of permanent pacemaker patients in the introduction,perioperative nursing process,the postoperative complications of observation and nursing,after notice,5 respects such as discharge guidance of health education,the observation group was given pictures and the above five aspects of health education.Patients’ satisfaction and the mastery of knowledge in health education of two groups were compared.Result:Patient satisfaction on health education of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05),the mastery of knowledge in health education had significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Mind Map in the first permanent pacemaker implantation in patients’health education can improve the patients’ understanding of relevant knowledge and memory,and the health education effect,is worth for reference in the patients with health education.关键词
