摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of quality control circle(QCC) activities in reducing transshipment goods missing rate for severe patients.Method:The methods included setting up a QCC team,and establishing the project.Analyzing factors in transshipment goods missing rate for severe patients among nurses,implement arrangements and continuous quality improvement.Result:Transshipment goods missing ratefor severe patients from 53.19% down to 21.59% after the implementation of QCC activities.Effect of intangible score was positively to growth.Conclusion:QCC activities to reduce transshipment goods missing rate for severe patients,ensure safety during transportation of severe patient,improve the working enthusiasm of team members and cooperation skill.关键词
