Abstract
Objective:To study the specific measures and clinical effect of detailed nursing in the operation room.Method:In our hospital,66 cases were selected as the study subjects and divided into A group and B group,33 cases in each group.B group was given routine nursing care,A group was given detailed nursing.The nursing quality,the satisfaction degree of nursing service and the occurrence of postoperative complications of two groups were compared.Result:The patients of a group of disinfection and isolation and preparation of instruments and equipment management,personnel with operating room quality score of A group were higher than B group patients and the nursing service satisfaction (96.97%)was higher than that of B group (81.82%),postoperative complications of the total incidence rate (6.06%) was lower than that of patients in B group(24.24%), there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of detail nursing in the operation room nursing can effectively improve the nursing quality and patients’ satisfaction to nursing service,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and it is worth of promoting.关键词
