Abstract
Objective:To study the influence of joint activities and quality of life of characteristic humanized nursing intervention in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Method:From December 2014 to December 2015 152 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,76 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention measures, the observation group was given humanity nursing intervention measures,joint tenderness index,the index ofjoint swelling,28 joint disease activity score(DAS28 score) and the quality of life of two groups were compared. Result:Before treatment,joint tenderness index,joint swelling index and DAS28 score of two groups were no significant differences(P>0.05),after nursing intervention indicators of two groups were significantly lower than those of before treatment(P<0.05),and joint tenderness index,joint swelling index and DAS28 scores of the observation group were significantly lower than thoses of the control group(P<0.05),emotional function, physical function,bodily pain,general health, vitality,social functioning and mental health score eight dimensions of the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using humanized characteristics in patients with rheumatoid arthritis nursing intervention can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve joint activity, improve the quality of life,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
