国产伊曲康唑冲击疗法治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎疗效观察
Efficacy of Domestic Itraconazole Pulse Therapy in the Treatment of Malassezia Folliculitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Domestic Itraconazole pulse therapy in the treatment of Malassezia folliculitis.Method:From May 2014 to January 2016,161 cases of Malassezia folliculitis in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into 81 cases of the treatment group and 80 cases of the control group.The treatment grouporal domestic Itraconazole 0.2,Bid ×7 d,the control group oral Itraconazole 0.2,qd×14 d,later changed to 2#,qw.Two groups were treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin tablets,2#,Tid×12 d,treated with Chlorine Compound Tincture dry and then painted Triamcinolone Acetonide Econazole cream,Bid×14 d.Monthly for a course of treatment,3 consecutive courses of treatment,the curative effect after treatment 1,3,6 months,recurrence and adverse reaction conditions of two grpups were observed. Result:The curative effect of treatment 1,3,6 months and recurrence rate in the treatment group were all better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate of two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Domestic Itraconazole pulse therapy in the treatment of Malassezia folliculitis is safe and effective,has advantage of high effective rate of treatment and low incidence of adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
